Whoopla is a directory. We list local kids' party suppliers so you can find the ones who cover your area, and then you contact them yourself. We are not an agency and not a booking platform. We take no commission, we add no booking fee, and no money passes through us.
Any agreement you make is directly between you and the supplier. We are not a party to it.
This matters more here than on most sites, so we would rather be blunt about it.
The details on a listing, including age ranges, DBS checks, SEND friendliness, allergy awareness and insurance, are read from what the supplier publishes on their own website. Most small suppliers do not publish these things at all. So if a listing does not show "DBS checked", that does not mean the supplier is not DBS checked. It means their website did not say.
If DBS status, insurance, allergies or accessibility matter for your party, ask the supplier directly and ask them to show you. Do not treat a Whoopla listing as verification.
The star ratings shown are from Google Maps. They are not Whoopla reviews, we did not collect them, and we do not present them as our own.
Most listings say Unclaimed. That means we built the listing from public information and the supplier has not yet confirmed it. It is not a judgement about the business. Verified means the supplier has confirmed the listing with us.
We work hard to keep listings accurate and we correct things quickly when told. Even so, the directory is built from public sources that change, so we cannot promise every detail is current. If you spot something wrong, please tell us at hello@whoopla.co.uk.
We provide the directory as it is. We are not responsible for the services suppliers provide, for anything that happens at your party, or for any agreement you reach with a supplier. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
The Whoopla name, the Whoop character, the page designs and the way the directory is put together belong to us. Please do not copy the directory wholesale or scrape it.
If you are a supplier and want your listing corrected, claimed or removed, see for suppliers. Removal is free and we do not argue about it.
